Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LAAGAM pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and protective hygiene strips are intact.

• 3.
  Ship it Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
